Staff were excellent. Polite friendly and helpful. Our waiter for dinner Caesar was a credit to Marriott as we’re the young lady who greeted us for both dinner breakfast and our breakfast waiter Gabriel. Our stay was lovely from the friendly greeting on arrival to the smiling friendly member of staff who checked us out. A special mention is for the lovely lady cleaning the lobby as we left , who brought to our attention that we had left some items of clothing behind

The manager over there does an exceptional job He has his eyes everywhere and makes sure the workers are trained properly. Result is that all staff is professional and wanted to make our stay most comfortable Everybody is super friendly and greets you wherever you show up with a smile! Had an issue with out toilet Repairs were made promptly They even called to see if we founds everything ok after the repair!

Resort style amenities! Stayed an extra day in Orlando after a wedding to relax and it was perfect!! Reception was at the hotel, huge room, great staff! 6 minutes from airport! Free 24hr shuttle service! Sound proof rooms! Great view of pool and lake! Great view of plane takeoffs without the disturbing sound!! Restaurants across the street (walking distance)!

We had a late flight into Orlando, and the hotel is quite close to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable and nicely designed. We had a really nice view from our room. The buffet breakfast was delicious and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
